Data items to be deleted using this software
The application removes all duplicates from the entire data of MS Outlook. It includes emails, contacts, calendars, notes, and other details.
Email Messages – Duplicate emails from Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Drafts, etc. are removed by the app.
Contact – Contact details (full name, recipient name, sender email, from, to, cc, etc.) that are found to be duplicated in the entire PST mailbox are removed.
Calendars – All calendar entries (subject, start date, creation time, etc.) found to be duplicated are deleted by the tool.
Notes – Duplicated notes (body, categories, subject, creation date, etc.) from Outlook mailboxes are eliminated.
Tasks – Tasks (start date, status, due date, actual date, etc.) of duplicate nature are fixed and deleted from Outlook data.
Journals – All journal details (subject, categories, creation time, body, etc.) that are found duplicate are removed by the application.
- Two ways to delete duplicates in MS Outlook
Remove duplicates across all folders – If you think duplicates exist into multiple folders of Outlook PST, choose across all folders option. This will analyze all folders of PST and eliminate duplicates from them. This works when you need to remove duplicates from all folders of Outlook data file at once.
Remove duplicates within each folder – If you want to remove duplicate data items from the same folder, then use this option and it will analyze each folder separately and remove all the duplicates found in it. This is helpful when you don’t want to delete duplicates across all folders of Outlook data file.
